NeoRomance Live 2007 Summer 7/7 overview
*cough* I swear Baidu spoils me.

So, yes, I'm 無聊-ing. After surfing around Baidu and being rewarded by few blog entries, I decided to translate a segment based on them with the help of a Chinese blog. ♥ Here's an overview of the NRLS2007 7/7 (noon) performance.

Things to keep in mind:

• The sources are SekiTomo fans, so the report is very Seki-oriented and doesn't cover every detail XD;
• I read the Chinese translation for help, but double-checked minor stuff with the original. So... this is like a merge of both. ^^;
• Not promising this is error-free, so feel free to correct me.
• I've dropped all the honorifics unless it's used in a dialogue.
• The source's commentary are minimized, and some are omitted in this translation.

============= Performance: 7/7 (noon) =============

The opening order of stage-on is Angeligue → Haruka → La Corda → Neo Angelique.
Actually I was sitting directly at the side of the stage, so I was able to see everyone coming out one by one. From that moment, I felt like there were a lot more people waving than what I saw last year... Truthfully I'm not sure what state I was in (laugh).

After the opening was live drama right away, and then followed by singing.
Iwata, Hoshi, Kappei (2 songs), Inoue and Seki (duet), Ono, and Koyama all sung.

After Inoue and Seki finished rehearsing Kurou and Kagetoki's lines, they duet "Mangetsu wa Yozora no Shinju". I really love this duet of two people who are of opposite positions, definitely a very anticipated live song. I was so happy vvv. The two persons singing "Omae" and "Kimi to", holding out hands during the choreography.

The lines they exchanged were very interesting (laugh)

Inoue: Ah~ So tired. I can't go on anymore.
Seki: What are you talking about? Doesn't Inoue-san seem younger than me? (asking audience)
Audience: (no reaction)
Seki: Isn't it something to laugh at!? What I said now is true!"
Inoue: Apparently I seem to be the older one (laugh).

Afterwards was Ono's turn to sing, so Ono joined the conversation.

Seki: Ono-kun is very handsome, ne?
Ono: Are you tricking me?
Inoue: You know, I... was called "interesting" by Seki-kun, but was never called "handsome" by him before.
Ono: Can I say something truthful? .... When I was still an amateur, I was a fan of both of you.
Seki: Ah, when I was a child, I was also a fan of Inoue-san already (laugh).
Inoue: When I was 3 years old, I've already started working.
While Ono is being truthful, those two are still debating who's younger. (laugh)

Afterwards Iwata and Ono started announcement the Hot10 Countdown poll results. The survey had been passed out beforehand in advance in order.

Topic is: 「真夏の太陽の下で聞きたい曲」 (The song that you want to listen to the most under the midsummer sun).

3rd: Taira no Katsuzane (SekiTomo): "Homura no Chiheisen"
2nd: Iwata's song: "You gotta shake it". He stood up and started singing it. (laugh)
1st: Tsuchiura Ryoutarou (ItoKen): "Taiyou no Ryuushi"

The following talk included Kappei, ItoKen, Hoshi, and Madono. Topic was 『夏の思い出』 (A good-old summer memory)
It looked like Iwata loved to hear romantic stories, but Kappei, Madono, and ItoKen continuously talked about irrelevant things, and did they still have any romantic stories to tell when it was finally Hoshi's turn to speak!? The topic has been broken midway already.
Afterwards, ItoKen started singing "Taiyou no Ryuushi", then Kishio (talk; "Black and White"), Madono ("Good Times Bad Times"), and Inoue ("Uragirimono no Hisouna Sakebi") sung toward the end.

Since I thought they would talk more, I didn't think about "Ah? It's concluding?"
During the conclusion, Seki's greeting was giving a knock on Hoshi, who was about to say "PAPPY-!", and said "Ore ka yo!" (laugh) I think those two were talking secretly to each other for this arrangement. (laugh)
" No matter how many times I'm still not used to greeting, ne?" Seki said while laughing.
Afterwards Hoshi's "PAPPY-!" was interrupted by Kishio's "Omae ka yo!" (laugh) Hoshi then greeted while looking at Seki, who said, "Hey why are you talking and looking at me for!" (laugh)

Finally it was Encore.
If only the stage was further extended, then it'd be the perfect position to shake hands, but the stage didn't have extensions. (cry)
After the words "Are you Ready?" appeared, the guitar rung.... I wasn't sure whether I heard 'Ruri' (of Ruriinazuma), or "Doshaburi!?" but the cheering was too loud, so I didn't hear clearly.... Seki came out, and I realized it was "Doshaburi" and suddenly shouted out in a vigorous manner (laugh)~Doshaburi LONELY HEART" is very suited for the Encore's heated atmosphere, and it seemed like there were no SekiTomo fans who didn't want him to sing "Doshaburi LONELY HEART"! (I think)
Because I was too high and waved the penlight (for cheering) too much, I broke it. I think my mind went way overboard (laugh). But, whether it'd be Mangetsu or Doshaburi, I sung along loudly! (smile)

Then I forgot when.... Seki waved his hand very energetically. At that time I wasn't able to say anything, he waved to the audience, and after eye contact I also waved along!

Finally everyone sung "Bokutachi no Anniversary" at the conclusion.
At the end, shouted "Chiichi!" "PAPPY-!" I felt bad for those who left but were bothered by the shouting of everyone else.

9/8, 9/9 are also NEO LIVE. Must go and wish Seki happy birthday o(^-^)o

Argh, I got so "dokidoki!" and giddy just by reading the report. *__*; It is, after all, in a fan's point of view.

Seeing all the SekiTomo fans are highly anticipating in NeoR Festa 9 (because it's his birthday on the 8th) makes me extremely happy and warm-fuzzled X3 ♥ They all hope that his bday will be acknowledge at the event. And and... what's this? They updated, and apparently Miki will be attending that one day. So the 8th all of Suzaku-gumi AND Seiryuu-gumi will be there?!

Now this brings me my dilemma... what IF I can only choose between these two DVDs? What will I do? *SIGH* Hmm, I guess I know what my commission money will be for.
