This song is totally appropriate... because I'm falling asleep so badly =__= Just finished 112B hw. So I keep it short. I started a Valentine's day sketch and knew it wasn't gonna make it.

I went to the drawing session tonight at 6:30PM (basically it's supplementary figure drawing sessions), and wow it is so helpful because it made me realize how much I suck even more now and how much I need to work harder =v=;; I saw gem2niki there (ACK DX You ninja-ed away toward the end of the session! I completely lost you!), a whole bunch of 112A & B students as well, and many who are in the program already. I only hope their magic will slightly rub on me if I go to these sessions more often, because I feel like crap about my stuff right now ;_;

Kira let me borrow her Edmund Dulac and Authur Rackham artbooks... and my God, they're inspirational. No wonder Kira's sketches are so topnotch >o< *feels even crappier* Again, it's like I'm still in Trecento period, and she's in Baroque. She's gonna be my rolemodel throughout the semester ♥ No, seriously. She and other peers aren't part-time procrastinators like me, and their sketches show. I must work harder, probably cut even more time off from fandom.

Today: Sketched at the mall with Sal and Kira from 9:30AM to 5:30PM. Okay, maybe half of the time we were looking for good landmarks and/or socializing/eating.

I'M THINK I'M TIRED.

I feel bad for not going home this weekend, especially since my dad's birthday is tomorrow... But you know, this is what I need for motivation - sketching and traveling with friends, watching them. Hate to say this, but... honestly, home just doesn't provide that.

So uhm, back to the mall. AHHHH. Peak moment is... there was this Chinese 8yr old boy who came by while I was sketching, and then he said "You must be a professional!" AHHHHH little kids have the purest comments ever T_T I complimented him for taking art classes every Saturday. Then, sitting next to me, he asked if I could draw this booth that was selling Valentine's Day chocolate. As I was sketching for him, he asked if I knew Charlie and Chocolate Factory; then somehow it went to Avatar XDD He said his favorite character was Prince Zuko, and I went "Me too!" Then he asked about Zuko's scar, about the fire nation, and the element benders... and it was just AHHHH TOO CUTE ♥ His parents came to pick him up around 10-15 minutes after. But GAHHHH. This makes me want to be an elementary art teacher XD; So... CUTE CUTE CUTE.

Now... Reborn ep.69. DUDE. How did they change Lambo from the manga to THIS OUTFIT (is he wearing undie at all..?)? It spells outrageously ghey and... samba (pineapple's fault?). 蠢牛越來越笨啦~~ =口= 一定是里包恩幫他選的 xD;......... and the worst part is that I'm MOE-ing?! I mean, why not? Totally ghey, but I still bought the fanservice. (口水) I miss the random appearances of the dumb cow~ Does that mean yukata!Lambo will be in the next Shou-chan episode *_*? 萌え~~

On Tuesday I went to donate blood (my 5th time). ( Normally it'd be a clean poke )

Muse (well, Matt Bellamy in particular) completely stole my heart. With just 3 band members, each with such versatile abilities with instruments... ♥ ♥ This amazing Unintended live did the trick, and also the surreal, conceptual aspect of their Invincible MV.

Highlight of the yesterday was that I ate lunch w/ chiretto because I went, "Dude, I'm around the area but never visited?!" ♥ And we made fun of Mukuro's "Kufufu no Fu" XD! We have to do this more often!

wedlock, as promised I will comment on Katekyo Hitman Reborn!. (YOU ARE A SLAVE DRIVER XD) Didn't expect it, but I am quite hooked to it even though I thought it's so crazy! But I'm only on vol.5... a long way to go. Gokudera completely cracks me up with his random explosives, and Yamamoto is really cool. Adult Lambo is rawr~ *_* Dino is hot and much fun; hell, so many of them are. (And poor turtle! ><) But...still don't believe they're just middle schoolers...?

Anyhow, yesterday my roomie and drove to UC Berkeley to visit some of our middle school friends (le sigh, so smart~). Roomie had to dealt with my non-mainstream playlist in the car ^^; I got lost when we were coming back, and rush hour was horrible on 1-80 freeway. There was the Caltopia fair going on, and I grabbed bunch if free useless stuff.

I was completely tired by the time I drove home but was rewarded by the Crossover II DVD. ♥ The live is so magical and completely worth watching. Too bad, in the end I was just watching alone. Well, that's how it usually is anyways. ^^; Also visited my uncle's house to see the baby.

I've only attended my Asian American Studies class and Figure Drawing class so far. Originally Ghezael and I were to take the same AAS class, but she had to change classes... I'm liking my Figure Drawing class instructor already. She's really nice~

On campus there's a Web Programmer position offering for this semester, so I sent in my application. Writing html, forms, working with PHP and MySQL is definitely more like something I'd do. I must study PHP a little more~

I don't think I've had such a productive social day for a long time.

• Supernatural: Well. God knows why yesterday night I had a Supernatural dream, though I forgot what it was... Still! I am not as obsessed as a certain someone. >>;; But anyways... tonight's episode "What Is And What Should Never Be". Aw ;o; Poor Dean! It was quite heartbreaking to see him admit in defeat that his wish (of having their family live normally again) will only stay as a wish. Somehow I feel out of everyone, he really carries the most burden of the family and suffers the most ultimately.
  


• Yup! Had lunch with vejiicakes and gem2niki... OFF CAMPUS at a Chinese restaurant. YES. No cafetaria food 8D! It was just way too neat. I think the conversations were a great mix of art, classes, art, anime, food, art, seiyuu, convention, family, art again. And you know? I feel slightly more inspired when surrounded by them~ Ate delicious Ho Fun, and the old man was so kind X3 ♥ And then after lunch, we stopped by my dorm for a while, and then I walked them to Art History class. Oh man, we really got to do it more often! ♥ It actually makes me walk and talk rather than buried in dorm. XD Will send the pics tomorrow or so.

Omg I can't believe today in the AP English Exam... one of the essay prompts had to do with Oscar Wilde's play Lady Windermere's Fan, the play I read and presented last junior year *_______*! LUCKY~~~~

But. Question 3 with the prompt writing about a setting -specifically, a country-... I wrote about a novel's city T_T I used Mrs. Dalloway's London. I hope they won't... dismiss my essay... because other than that I thought I did fairly well.

I miss hanging around our lunch definitely. After what seems to be forever, finally went to anime club to hang around Sarah & company. I so like Chris' envision that we should start our own game company, and he was so enthusiastic about it. He was like, "I'll be the programmer, you and Webber can be the character designers, Miche and Aaron will write the stories (oh boy, lots of conflicts? ^^;), and Bradley and Mike can be the testers!" Sometimes when one has such envision.... what seems impossible becomes possible. That's the feeling that the group gave me :D I so am going to miss everyone T__T Can't believe there's only 3 weeks left...

I'm just happy exams are over. And hopefully I'll pass...

Today's figure drawing class, we had an old man... I kind of missed our first model ._. At least the guy was younger... anyways, it's cool in class, because I made few friends, like Monica and Christine. But did I mention I hate talkative giggly girl groups in an attentive class such as figure drawing >_>;;;? Sometimes I just want to smack them.

Well, I visited shahni again today X3 (naaaa, dr_seiji! Where were you? ;_;) We went Japanese meals together, and well, we discussed a lot about our own Asian families, parents, art (DUH!), ourselves, and pretty much anything ^^ Ah! She lend me her Harukanaru Toki no Naka de artbook *__* When I think about how we met and the past years, it's quite amazing. Not only lifelong friends...er...sisters, but soon schoolmates if I enter Academy, right Shahni XD!? Went home by 7 because my dad rather I not stay long.

Though you know... Shahni made a good point. I mean, we're just hanging around with friends... it's not like we're doing drugs or anything in the fatal end. Why are our parents so anal about it ._.; I mean.. I rarely hang out with friends... it's even just once in a while! *snort* They're always okay whenever my sister go out with her friends... Is it because I don't do it often that they find me with friends strange now?

Well, at home, we rewatched back some Doraemon movies, our childhood hero, in chinese dub ^^ Wah... I feel so nostalgic... Doraemon is such a classic! That reminds me, I still haven't heard any Doraemon with the new casts. I want to hear Seki as Suneo-kun, the cowardly rich kid o_o!

My sister is replaying BL game invisible sign -イス-, and we just noticed that in the opening... the top flashes translation of the themesong (despite the english grammar) O_O!!! That's kind of cool... Gah, I still have to ask Sara for the sequel ;_; I want to play it so badly... but I don't know how to address it. I'm terrible at starting conversations. We're not strangers or anything, but I just feel rather bad to just request.

Hmm... let's see if I can draw anything productive.

Today I was at San Fracisco the whole day... 9 ~ 2:50 is for the figure drawing class. Our first live model was a male. I went "O_O" No matter how much scanlations I read, seeing the real body is different ¦D It was pretty hectic, have to draw so many gesture sketches, a min per pose. The model seemed so shy *giggles*

Nut the cool thing was that I met up with dr_seiji and shahni! *_*

Froggie already gave me a heads up that she's taking a figure drawing class too, but we didn't know we'll have the same deparing bus! Even more coincidencial, she was right behind me in the bus... and we were like "Sachi?" "Froggie?" WHEE. After class, I wanted to go visit them, and Froggie overheard me saying that XD

Well, my sister watched Elfen Lied on youtube.com, so I watched along. It's so brutal, bloody (what with bodies blowing up into pieces), and plain sick, but the storyline is really touching and sad... By the way, Kouta is Suzuki Chihiro! ♥ Kouta is so sweet... I feel sorry for him so much T_T He's witnessed such tragedy.

Anyways... sleep time... Tomorrow lotsa homework.

Ah, yesterday, I hung out with Christy. It was actually pretty sudden, because I was doing art school applications, and then she called asking if I was free right now. And to be honest, I really wasn't doing anything er... productive anyways, so I said yes. She said she was coming with another friend, who's name is also Tiffany *giggles*, and she goes to my old school. So kind of aquaintance ^_^; It's always nice to meet a new friend anyways. Both Christy and Tiffany came from Hong Kong, but I hope I fit in fine *LAUGHS* My Canto is alright.

Originally we were about to go to San Jose... but... we kind of got sidetracked watching Prince of Tennis musicals...and NeoRomance seiyuu goodies... XD;;; We were doing so for...2 hours? Okay, well... I will try to be more studious. Hey, 5 hours straight of sketching and coloring yesterday can really make one exhausted and pissy...as well as kick in that workaholic mood. Today after I ate Thai lunch with Christy, transfer student from HK, I went to BORDERS and bought AP English and SAT practice test supplements... The ironic thing was, I originally went to buy AP Cal supplement.. not those two @D@; But SAT is next week, and I'm terrible at it... My writing skills suck. And.. well, Olivia took AP Cal last year, so maybe I can see if her test book might help. Now the only thing is, I have to take the time to glance through the wordy books........ eep. And I WILL BE WORKING ON MY AP ART PROJECTS. D:

I really feel comfortable talking with Christy, even though half the time I'm speaking Chinglish ^^; But technically, Cantonese is first language, even though I speak English better... no matter what, I feel more homey when speaking Cantonese. It's funny because I try to speak more Cantonese while Christy tries to speak more English. We talked about ghosts experiences, horror movies, and family topics. It turns out she loves horror movies, and I'm teh chicken º_º;; No really! I'm not made for horror movies! She said next time if I watch a horror movie, she can accompany me. *giggles*

We also talked about family stuff... and, well... I'm glad she trusts me on them. If anything, she's sweet and flowery and fun to be with. I would never have guessed she had an abusive history. *frowns* But she doesn't blame her mother because her mother had a disorder that caused her to do what she did... Christy, you have a great heart. And I told her how I am frequently closing myself up to my family. No really... I do. A few days ago, I had difficulties with Calculus, and my mom said, "If you have question, you can go ask Daddy since he's really good at math. Don't be afraid to ask, okay?" I didn't answer. The thing is... I ended up asking practically everyone but my parents for help, and that includes Lauren, Nauvpreet, Alex... sometimes when I think about it, it does make me cry. And I've been annoyed lately of the whole college bitching...

Okay! No depressing thoughts. WAaaah, I received a postcard from khuzay and Rosie! They're alright in Texas ^_____________^ The card is so cute, it was Card Captor Sakura! With the three main heroines on it. And their voice message... *laughs* they never fail to crack me up, those two dorks! They're always so giggly and just uber lovable. I'm glad you two are alright! I miss you guys *whines* We better be dorks together soon again, or I'll kick your ass XD! Love you both and little Dayna!

Since last week now, Anna and I have been exchanging manga. She lend me Fake and I lend her Weiss Side B (and am filling her in on it LOL) and Only The Ring Finger Knows manga! Waaah, it is great to have a BL fan around school *giggles*
